At PaperSetKaro, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our question paper generation service. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations for purchased credits.

1. Credit Purchases

PaperSetKaro operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits that can be used to generate question papers. These credits do not expire once purchased and remain valid in your account until used.

2. No Refund Policy

At PaperSetKaro, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all purchases made on our platform. Once credits have been purchased, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

By making a purchase on PaperSetKaro, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to our no-refund policy. We recommend that users carefully consider their needs before purchasing any credit package.

2.1 Payment Errors

In the rare case of technical errors resulting in duplicate payments or incorrect charging, please contact our support team atteam@groat.io with your transaction details. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis, but are not guaranteed to result in a refund.

2.2 Service Issues

In the event of service disruptions or technical difficulties that prevent you from using our service, we may, at our sole discretion, extend the validity of your credits or provide additional credits as compensation. However, no monetary refunds will be issued.

3. Cancellation Policy

For subscription-based services (if applicable), cancellations will only take effect from the beginning of the next billing cycle. This means:

  • If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle if you cancel before the renewal date

To cancel a subscription, please contact us at team@groat.io with your account details and a clear request to cancel your subscription. Please allow up to 3 business days for cancellation requests to be processed.

5. Cancellations

Since PaperSetKaro operates on a credit-based system rather than a subscription model, there are no recurring payments to cancel. Credits are purchased as a one-time transaction and remain in your account until used.

If you wish to cancel a payment that is still in process and has not been completed, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately.

6. Account Closure

If you wish to close your PaperSetKaro account, you may do so by contacting our support team. However, please note that closing your account will result in the forfeiture of any unused credits, and no refunds will be provided for these unused credits.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes.
